All I am gonna say on this is.....ALWAYS THE BEST DINNER!
We don't have these often because the price of bacon is so high, and we love our bacon. So this was a nice treat on a hot day. Of course I cooked the bacon in the oven so I did heat up the kitchen! Oh well!
With fresh tomatoes from the garden too....mmmmm.

It's one of our favorites too. I always buy our bacon at Kroger when there is a 2/$6 or 2/$7 sale and put one in the freezer and use one for sandwiches. Of course, there's just the two of us, so the bacon isn't consumed quite as quickly. :)
